This is an off-balance sheet alternative to purchase program that includes networking hardware, software and support. Brocade Network Subscription is not an equipment lease, nor is it a financed purchase agreement. It is more like an equipment rental agreement with a substantial support capability included, for which a customer pays a monthly fee on a pay-as-you-go basis.
