Russ Fellows
With his appointment to Managing Partner, Russ is responsible for setting corporate strategy, company-wide product development, marketing and distribution for the global business operations. Prior to his appointment Russ was a senior analyst leading the research and analysis activities for SAN attached storage systems, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Tape Drives, Tape Libraries, Virtual Tape Libraries and Storage Security. In 2007, he led the collaborative effort to develop, implement and launch a new service from Evaluator Group, eLearning for Storage Professionals.
Russ is a well regarded and successful industry professional with 20 years of high technology experience including product design, product development, systems engineering, business strategy development, competitive analysis and portfolio management within both the vendor and end user groups. His experience comes from roles within IT user, vendor and analyst communities, providing unique perspective within the storage industry.
Prior to joining Evaluator Group, Russ held strategic positions in Sun Microsystems storage division identifying key technology trends. He held several positions at Fujitsu ranging including IT management, engineering management and marketing strategy. Russ has also held high tech positions at Solbourne Computers, Qwest Telecommunications and the US Department of the Interior.
A true Colorado native, Russ holds BS degrees in Applied Math and Computer Science from the University of Colorado and an MBA in International Business and MIS also from the University of Colorado. |
Ken Gosselink
Ken joins Evaluator Group as a Client Relations Manager. Ken is a successful professional with roles in marketing, sales, and customer relations in a broad range of industries. He has over 15 years of experience working as a leader in marketing, strategic planning and most recently with client and customer satisfaction. Ken’s business management and sales portfolio management style gives him the ability to provide the best strategy for all Industries.
Prior to joining the Evaluator Group, Ken held a management position with MSC Industrial Supply. Ken was a key member of their expansion in Arizona. As part of the expansion, Ken moved to Arizona in order to oversee branch development and operations. Ken later held a position with Regal Plastics where he was again involved with marketing, business development and client management. Ken has also held business development and client management positions with State Chemical, Openlane and other organizations.
Another Colorado native, Ken is happy to return to his family and friends after working out of state.

Jan Leonnig
Jan joins Evaluator Group as a Client Relations Manager. Jan is a successful professional with strong roles in sales and customer service relations in the Information Storage and Disaster Recovery Industries. She has over 20 years experience working as a business development leader in the information technology field. Jan’s business accumen gives her the ability to understand customers requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Prior to joining Evaluator Group Jan held senior positions for Arcus Data Security, Iron Mountain in Colorado, and SunGard Disaster Recovery in Phoenix, Arizona. For Arcus Data Security, she expanded the Denver territory to Colorado Springs. Getting the Colorado Springs facility up and running and in the black within 6 months, first time that Arcus Data Security opened a facility and went black in less than 2 years. For Iron Mountain she was one of the top performers for over 15 years.
Also a native, Jan has worked and lived in Colorado for her entire career.

Norylnn Nelson
Norlynn has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology that includes programming, consulting and managerial roles in storage, systems management, strategic planning, sales, product development, and marketing from a broad range of industries and infrastructures.
Norlynn is an analyst with Evaluator Group and covers enterprise and open systems SAN storage systems, storage management and data protection software along with other pertinent storage topics.
He is also the founder, President and Principal Consultant of N-Squared Consulting which provides IT consulting services and specialized products for the corporate alignment of business needs with storage infrastructures to develop effective and efficient data management for the enterprise.
Norlynn holds a M.B.A. with emphasis in Management of Information Technology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, B.A. in Computer Science and B.S in Psychology, both from the University of North Dakota.

Jane Wood
Jane rejoins Evaluator Group and is currently a business development manager and storage analyst with over 25 years in Information Technology. Past experience includes data strategy management, storage product management, strategic planning, technology sales and support, client relations and marketing. She is also the founder and principle of LTS Company, specializing in data analysis for storage efficiency, storage infrastructure design, various storage assessments as well as software asset management.
Prior to Evaluator Group and LTS, Jane held various positions at Hitachi Data Systems including District Storage Manager, Senior Systems Engineer and Operations Specialist providing liaison between customers and corporate for strategy and direction. She also held positions at IBM ranging from programming, customer support, sales and marketing.
Originally from the Midwest, Jane holds a BA in Business from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota located in Winona, Minnesota. After residing in Colorado for many years, Jane is now an honorary Colorado native.
